Why Should I Have an EMF Inspection?
An EMF inspection provides people with a better understanding of the invisible, environmental factors that may be affecting them in and around their home or place of business.
By helping identify the sources and magnitude of magnetic fields, electrical fields, radio frequency fields and dirty electricity, clients can make more informed decisions regarding possible health issues and their overall quality of life.

“If I have you come and do a survey are you going to find problems and make me more anxious about it than I already am? If you do find issues are you going to be able to fix what issues you find?”
I do not motivate people by trying to scare them into action – it is my role to educate people as to the issues involved with EMF’s in a calm and considered manor. I believe it is my responsibility to provide affordable solutions for the issues that I find, and I have extensive experience in the building trades and am a licensed builder. If there are issues that I am not capable of fixing I have electricians and plumbers that can take care of the problems under my direction in accordance with Building Biology guidelines.

Would I be better off buying my own meters and doing my own testing?
There are at least two reasons for not doing this:
First, the meters you buy are going to be limited in their sensitivity and what they can detect. I have had customers that have spent close to $800 on a recommended meter package from a reputable and knowledgeable individuals website. None the less, the Radio Frequency readings they got were 1/10 of what my professional meter read. These readings gave them a false sense of security that their meter was picking up all the Radio Frequency that was in the area. When we did a side by side RF survey their readings were 10% of what my meter read with an omni-directional antenna – this type of antenna simulates full body exposure. Besides being less sensitive, their meter came with a green directional antenna which is of limited use when trying to calculate full body exposure. These clients wish they had not spent the money on these meters and had hired a professional survey from the beginning.
Secondly, An analogy that might prove useful, is if you feel your heart skipping beats you don’t go out to the store and buy a stethoscope so you can listen to it, you consult with an expert in line with your view of healing and medicine and you follow their advice based on their training and expertise.

Can I take care of my EMF problems by buying a ‘Dirty Electricity’ filter and having it installed?
There are 4 EMF’s that we test and remediate. ‘Dirty Electricity’ is just one of the 4 EMF’s and has come to the forefront of the public’s consciousness because of the ‘smart meter’ issue. Dirty Electricity is more properly termed Line Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) or, MEP – microsurge electrical pollution. We incorporate the use of an Oscilloscope and Spectrum Analyzer in assessing what type of filters are effective and at what frequencies.
It is always best to assess and measure the amount of MEP on your electrical wiring and see how much you can lower it by removing sources of MEP that are in your house. After you have removed all the sources, and measured to make sure you don’t have any wiring errors, you can filter what is coming in from the utility with the appropriate filters. Filters can be affordable and effective if installed in the correct way. Doing it yourself can work sometimes, but can also be very expensive – some as much as $600 – $10,000. We can provide the data for you to make an educated decision to make sure you are not spending more than you need to.

If I live too far away for you to do a survey are you willing to consult remotely?
I would be happy to do that, I can recommend meters for you to purchase that I can correlate the readings with my more sensitive meters, or I have a meter kit you can send a deposit on, and we can teach you how to take measurements and talk you through a basic survey by means of a Zoom call, which is a free online program that allows video and screen sharing if needed. My consult fee per hour and kit rental can be discussed in a phone call.
